Rules and general informations
Booking
To start your holiday, the number of our future guests is required and also if there is someone who needs a little more help.
If you have a particular desire, we can take note and we´ll gladly satisfy your requests when possible; with a high occupation of the structure we´ll do our best to try to fulfill your special request, but without giving 100% guarantee.
Finally, to complete your reservation (depending on the rate chosen), a 30% deposit or the total amount is required and it could be made by bank transfer or credit card (Visa or MasterCard).
Arrivals and departures
The arrival of our guests is scheduled from 16.00 to 21.00.
If your holiday starts late, we kindly ask you to advise the hotel in order to welcome you as best as possible.
For formalities at check-in the identity documents and the booking voucher will be requested.
In case of No-Show the full amount of the stay will be charged.
The goodbye will be enter 10.00.
If our guests wish to extend their holiday can ask (only one or two days before arrival or departure) for the possibility to have an early check-in or a late check-out at the reception, paying an extra supplement: the cost will be communicated at that time based on availability and services included.
We remind our guests that all hotel services start from 16.00 on the day of arrival and end at 10.00 on the day of departure.
Final payment
The final payment of your holiday at the Mediterranee Family Hotel & Spa must be paid at the end of the stay.
Cancellation conditions
- Within 21 days before arrival: if you cancel up to 21 days before arrival you´ll receive a voucher to be used for a new reservation in the current season or the following one.
- From 20 days from arrival to No-Show: advance payment will not be refunded.
- Early departure: payment of the total amount minus all meals not yet consumed.
- "Prepaid - not refundable": in case you book with "not-refundable tariff", we would like to remind you, that the amount cannot be refunded in any measureunder and circumstances.
- Changes of the holiday period (based on availability and different rates may apply) possible without additional costs enter the end of the season.
Travel insurance
According to the new European regulations, each customer must insure the holiday with their own trusted insurance company located in the place of residence.
Suite
The persons admitted in the Suite are those indicated in the booking and registered.
For security reasons, the staff can enter the suites to carry out any checks or maintenance work.
In case of any breakage or malfunction of the room's equipment please inform the reception.
The Mediterranee suites offer the customer a small kitchen cupboard that will be managed exclusively by the guest and therefore the staff will not have access to it.
Just as the structure will not be able to store food, medicines or anything else from the guests.
Beauty Center
To ensure complete relaxation for all our guests we ask you to respect the rules of the spa and quiet in the spa.
Pets
We trust in your understanding as we can´t accommodate pets.
However, only upon request and according to the period, the application can be accepted.
Room Service
For privacy or intimacy reasons or any other kind of needs you´ll find our Room Service at an additional cost.
Tourist tax
The tourist tax required by the City of San Michele al Tagliamento (Ve) is for stays from 01.05 to 30.09 and is charged to the customer.
Euro 2,50 per person / night for max. ten nights stay.
Children until 3,99 Y. for free.
Beach service
The Mediterranee Family Hotel & Spa relies on an external beach service company.
By booking a room our guests will have a beach place available that includes an umbrella, a sunbed and a deck chair.
The property has available a number of beach places equal to the number of rooms.
Is recommended to bring towels for the beach / pool from home.
In this regard, please note, that who will use the wellness towels for the beach or swimmingpool will be charged Euro 4,50 / towel for each change request.
The sandy shore is runned by a private and independent firm (Bibione Mare spa) and not by Mediterranee Hotel.
It assigns to each hotels a precise number of beach places (consisting of 1 sunumbrella + 1 deckchair + 1 sunbed) according to rooms managed and therefore it should be noted that it will be not possible to give our guests more than just a beach place per room.
The beach service is from about mid- May to mid-September guaranteed.
Various
During a long hot summer with a drought in high season, water may be scarce during peak hours in the seaside resort of Bibione.
For any dispute the place of jurisdiction is Venice: italian law shall apply.
Beach / Pool towels: we advise our guests to bring towels from home.
