Our hotel has features that will surely help you to spend relaxing moments with your family and in total privacy.

Our large swimming pools, internally and externally and to which only our guests have access, allow everyone to relax and fully enjoy. 
The large and comfortable suites will welcome you not only to regenerate your energy after sleep, but will also give you the opportunity to enjoy your meals in total exclusivity.

NATURE
A healthy and fresh natural green that envelops the structure.
We are in Bibione Pineda, the greenest area, away from the traffic and bustle of the center.

THE BEACH
The sea and iodine with its beneficial effects on breathing.
We have a large beach with umbrellas spaced apart to give everyone their own private area.

THE RESTAURANT COMES TO YOU
The catering spaces are not lacking with our two restaurants.
But on request we are organizing to carry out a "food delivery" service; you can also enjoy your meals comfortably in your suite in total safety.

AUTONOMY
Our suites have the convenience of offering a small kitchenette where you can warm up or prepare something for your children at any time and in total autonomy.

If my arrival date is close.
We advise you to contact us: you can decide whether to postpone your holiday or cancel it and receive a voucher equal to the amount paid as a deposit with a validity of two years.

If  there are a few months left before my arrival.
We advise you to wait before canceling your reservation.
We believe that in some time the situation will certainly be better. 

Postpone your holiday.
You can postpone your holiday by keeping the deposit paid and without additional charges by moving the dates of your stay at any time.

Cancellation.
You can cancel your holiday without losing the deposit up to 21 days before arrival and receive a voucher worth the deposit.
However, every single case will be taken into consideration to try to benefit our guests.
Even in the case of reservations with a non-refundable rate.

Return of the deposit.
Why can' t you return the deposit since it is a case of force majeure ?
In accordance with the provisions of article 88 of decree-law no. 18 of 2020 and article 28 of decree-law no. 9 of 2020, if you decide to cancel your Reservation, you will not lose the deposit paid but you can receive a voucher equal to the amount of the deposit paid with validity up to two years.
However, every single case will be taken into consideration to try to benefit our guests.
Even in the case of reservations with a non-refundable rate.

Transfer or split the voucher.
If you cannot come on holiday in 2020 - 2021 or 2022, you can give your voucher to a friend, acquaintance or family member.
Just make arrangements with the reservations office (info@mediterranee.it).
In addition, you can also split it.

A safe stay in our hotel.

- At your arrival you´ll be welcomed in a safe and sanitized environment by our staff.
In all common areas our customers will find hand sanitizing gels at their disposal.
The common areas are repeatedly sanitized throughout the day: all critical contact points (handrails, elevator buttons, chairs …) will be disinfected several times during the day. 

- The mask must be used when it isn´t possible to respect the social distances of one meter between people not living together and not staying in the same room. 

- Attention is requested from customers to the social distance of one meter between people who don´t live together and who are not staying in the same room.

- The use of the elevators is allowed only after hand disinfection.
You must keep a distance of one meter and wear the mask when using the elevators with people who you are not living together and who are not staying in the same room. 
You´ll find hand sanitizing gel available to customers near the elevators, as in all common areas.

- All buffets will be protected and all food will be served directly by our staff equipped with the safety devices.

- The tables will have a minimum distance of two meters both inside the dining room and at the bar.

- No counter service will be performed at the bars of our hotels.
In case of new regulations, the service will be immediately reintroduced.

- The hotel pools will be open.
In the solarium areas, a minimum spacing of the beds of two meters is guaranteed, with the exception of those designed for the occupation of people living together and staying in the same room.
Sunbeds will be disinfected several times throughout the day.
Before entering the water: take a shower using soap, wear a bathing cap and for small children it is necessary that they wear the appropriate diaper for the bathroom.

- It will be possible to have treatments and massages: the SPA staff will wear the required safety devices and the body temperature can be measured to the customers before every treatment.

- It will be possible to access the sauna and the turkish bath by appointment only. 

- The indoor and outdoor play areas will be open, the games will be disinfected several times throughout the day.
Parents will be responsible for their children’s compliance with safety and social distancing rules.
With the current regulations on social distancing, we can not guarantee the animation service (Mini Club) in the same way as in previous years.
In case of new regulations, the service will be immediately reintroduced.

- The guidelines for cleaning our rooms have been integrated with the indications of the Italian Ministry of Health:
• Before every check-in: all surfaces, furnishings and floors undergo a deep cleansing followed by careful sanitization. 
• Daily cleaning and sanitization is carried out in compliance with the current procedures.

- How will be managed the maintenance in the apartments?
If it is necessary to carry out maintenance or minor repairs to the rented room, one of our maintenance staff will access the room respecting all the health protocols provided, equipped with the required safety devices and respecting the safety distances.
